What kind of file format should I upload?

We prefer high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or PDF files. For the best quality, we recommend files be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). If you are submitting vector artwork, a PDF or AI file is great.

It's a cutting-edge process where your image is infused directly into a specially coated aluminium sheet using heat and pressure. This results in vibrant colours, incredible depth, and a high-gloss, ultra-durable finish that is scratch-resistant and waterproof.

What resolution is best for my image?

Can I hang the metal prints outside?

You can hang Outside but we would recommend that you place them out of direct sunlight.

Our metal prints are primarily designed for indoor use to ensure the longest lifespan and best appearance. While they are moisture-resistant, continuous direct sun exposure is not recommended.

Can you check my photo quality before I order?

Absolutely! We offer a free artwork review. Simply upload your image, and our team will check it for resolution, clarity, and suitability for the size you want before production begins.

What material are the stickers made of? Are they durable?

Our personalized stickers are made from high-quality, durable vinyl with a strong adhesive. They are weather-resistant and great for use on water bottles, laptops, car windows, and more.

Can I include text or custom graphics on my print/sticker?

Yes! You can provide an image that already includes text, or you can describe the text you would like added during the ordering process. We will send you a digital proof for approval before printing.

Do the stickers come individually cut (die-cut) or on a sheet (kiss-cut)?

We offer both! You can select whether you want your stickers cut out to the exact shape (die-cut) or printed with a light cut line on an easy-to-peel sheet (kiss-cut) during the order process.

The higher the resolution, the better the final print. As a general rule, try to use the original photo directly from your camera or phone, not an image saved from social media, as those tend to be lower resolution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but in the rare event of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement.
